No. You start your free trial (7 days, or 14 days on Facility CMMS) with just your name, email address and company name. To keep going, subscribe on the Billing page: you pay your first month then, and it starts when the trial ends, so you keep your free days. If you do nothing, nothing is charged: your workspace becomes read-only, and your records stay available to view and download.
You can capture your first job card within minutes of signing up. Tell us what work you do and we set up ready-made job forms for your trade. Add your logo and contact details, invite your team, and change the forms whenever you like.
No. SkeduloX runs in the web browser on any modern phone, tablet or computer. Add it to the home screen and it opens like any other app.
Your team keeps working. Job cards save on the phone and send themselves as soon as the connection is back.
Everyone who logs in counts as a user, including the owner. People who only report faults are free and do not count, on Field + Dispatch and Facility CMMS. Included users: Field 3, Field + Dispatch 5, Facility CMMS 10. You can add more at any time for R49 on Field, R59 on Field + Dispatch, R99 on Facility CMMS.
Photos, job card PDFs and your logo count towards your storage: Field 1 GB, Field + Dispatch 3 GB, Facility CMMS 10 GB. Photos are compressed automatically when they are uploaded, so the space goes a long way. Extra storage costs R20 per GB per month. When storage is full, job cards still save, but new photos are not kept until you delete old files or add storage. The Storage page shows what is using the space.
You pay only for the rest of the current month, charged to your card straight away. The new monthly amount applies from your next payment. Removing users or storage lowers your next payment.
Yes. There is no long contract. Cancelling needs one month's notice, and because you pay in advance, the month you have already paid for is that notice: cancel on the Billing page and you will not be charged again. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
By card through PayFast, monthly or annually. Paying annually gets you two months free. Plans start at R199 a month. Enterprise customers can also pay by EFT. No VAT is charged: we are not VAT-registered.
Yes. Start from the ready-made forms for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, aircon, building or general maintenance, or build your own with checklists, readings, yes/no questions, ratings and notes. Your logo goes on the PDF report.
Yes. The customer signs on the screen, and the signature appears on the PDF report they receive by email.
Print a QR label for an area or a piece of equipment and put it up where people will see it. Anyone who scans it can describe the problem and add a photo without logging in, and the report reaches your team already tied to that spot. Included with Facility CMMS.
Yes, on Facility CMMS. Set how often each asset or area needs a service or a clean, and the job card is created when it falls due, ready for the right team, such as your technicians or cleaners.
No. SkeduloX looks after the job itself: the request, the work and the record of what was done. Keep using your accounting software for quotes and invoices.
On servers in South Africa, with daily encrypted backups. Every company has its own separate workspace, and only the people you invite can see it. We handle personal information in line with POPIA.
Yes. Download any job card as a PDF, and export your job list to a spreadsheet, at any time. That includes while your workspace is read-only.
